  Gokshuradi guggulu is a herbal preparation used in Ayurveda for the treatment of urinary and kidney disorders. It acts as a diuretic and improves kidney functions. It is helpful in diseases like kidney stones, urinary tract infection (burning sensation in the urine), difficulty in micturition, gout (raised uric acid), and osteoarthritis. In addition to these benefits, it also acts as a joint tonic and improves joint flexibility. It helps in the formation of synovial fluids in osteoarthritis, so Ayurvedic doctors commonly use it in knee pain and backache due to osteoarthritis.

  Gout or raised uric acid level: Gokshuradi guggulu works on kidneys and improves uric acid excretion. However, it may not have an effect on the formation of the uric acid
