Causes & Symptoms for Corallium Rubrum It is useful for spasmodic cough continual, short, hawking through the day. It causes eruptions which are for the most part of its own color, coral-red. Corallium Rubrum is most effective in the nervous minute-gun cough where isolated cough at regular intervals through the day. Corallium relieves the great exhaustion after cough, post-nasal catarrh. Mind and Head Confusion in the head, which feels empty and hollow. Aggravation of the headache, and congestion in the head and in the face, on stooping. Eyes, ear, nose Pain, as from excoriation in the eyes, on moving the balls or the eyelids. Sensation of burning in the eyes, by candle-light. Painful ulcer in the nostril, great dryness of the nose is relieved with Corallium Rubrum. Mouth and Throat Lips cracked and painful, very rapid cough, and the attacks follow so closely as to almost run into each other. Corallium Rubrum relieves the Constant hawking, owing to an accumulation of mucus in the posterior nares. Stomach and abdomen Violent thirst and longing for acids and salt food is an indication of Corallium Rubrum Nausea, with dryness of the tongue and violent headache.
