Directions for use of Oxyglow Blonder Powder Gel
- Mix Blonder Gel Powder with developer of required strength according to the technique. We recommend a mixing ration from 1:1 to 1:2 with developer.
- Stir well until it has become thick creamy paste and apply paste on the hair to be lightened.
- Magnesium Stearate, Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Sodium Metasilicate, Sodium Persulphate, Silica,
