Resultant Wheat flour (Resultant Atta) (38.8%), Green gram flour (37.3%), Rice flour (13.7%), Tomato paste (5.3%), Milk solids (5.2%), Ghee (5%), Minerals, Carrot powder (0.8%), Spinach powder (0.5%), Starch, Sugar, Acidity regulator (Dibasic potassium phosphate), Maltodextrin, Carrot puree (0.2%), Spinach puree (0.1%), Vitamins, Glucose syrup, Enzyme (Alpha amylase) and Packaging gases (Nitrogen and Carbon dioxide). • Step 1: Boil drinking water for 5 minutes & leave it lukewarm. 
• Step 2: Pour 95ml of lukewarm water into a bowl 
• Step 3: Add 25gms (4 leveled scoops) of NESTLE CERELAC to it. 
• Step 4: Mix the powder well with water.
