MTR Multigrain Dosa Mix

Ingredients:

Multigrain flour ( A mixture of corn, Ragi, barley, and oats)
Rice
Black gram flour
refined wheat flour
Edible vegetable interesterified (made from palm oil and palm kernel oil)
Salt
Leavening agent Sodium bicarbonate
Acidity regulator: Malic acid
fenugreek

How to prepare Multigrain Dosa:

Add 1 measure of mix to 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of curd to form a batter. Set aside for 5 mins
Spread sufficient batter on hot Tawa on medium flame and add 1 tbsp oil to the sides
Roast till golden brown on medium flame and serve hot
