MTR Dhokla Mix

Ingredients:

Rice
Black gram Dal
Semolina
Refined wheat flour
Leavening agent sodium bicarbonate
salt
vegetable fat interesterified (palm oil, kernel oil)
Acidity regulator malic acid
Asafoetida
Anticaking agent silica

How to prepare:

mix 1 measure of MTR Dhokla mix with 3-4 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 measure curd, and 1 measure water to form a smooth batter
Grease plate with oil and pour batter
Sprinkle cumin powder and red chili powder or black pepper powder on it
Boil the batter on medium to high flame for 15 mins
Sprinkle prepared seasoning on top and garnish with grated coconut and finely cut coriander leaves.
