J & J Dechane Koflyn Syrup Product Description:

• Koflyn Syrup contains well known ayruvedic expectorant drugs for treatment of cough. Koflyn Syrup is also indicated in the treatment of asthma and bronchitis.
• Huma controls the asthmatic paroxymsms. Jethimadh is a mild expectorant and demulcent. Meradu is a very potent expectorant. Nala is an expectorant bronchodilator.
• The formulation contains ingredients which alleviet all aspects of cough. It is free from side effects and can be given for long periods.
• In childern, with interactable cough, it should be administered for atleast 2 weeks and continued further as necessary depending on the response.

Infants and childern’s cough associated with infection, irritation, bronchitis and bronchospasm. Children’s intractable chronic cough and asthmatic cough.
