Known as the “Queen of Herbs” in Ayurveda, SHATAVARI is the main Ayurvedic Rejuvenative Tonic for women. It Fights stress and acts as an antidepressant. It also promotes fertility and even boosts milk production during breast-feeding.

Direction for Use of Dhatu Organics Shatavari Root:

Boil 3g to 4g of Dhatu Shatavari Root powder (or Roots – 1-3 small sticks) for 15 minutes in 300mL of water. Strain and add sweetener (like Honey or Jaggery) if desired. Drink this decoction throughout the day.
