2. Avoid fish and non-veg items
3. Avoid suppressing the natural urges
4. Avoid consumption of incompatible food items such as milk and sour fruits together, milk and banana, etc
5. Avoid sour things
6. Avoid salt and curd intake
7. Avoid excessive exposure to sun, polluted air and heat
8. Avoid daytime sleeping and / or sleepless nights
