DO'S AND DON'TS

Do's

•     Practice morning walk for at least one hour every day.
•     Prefer bland diet.

•     Consumption of cow’s milk, cow’s ghee is useful.

Don'ts

•     Avoid fried things, pulses and their preparation.
•     Avoid groundnut oil, buffalo ghee and buffalo milk.
•     Avoid alcoholic drinks and consumption of excessive tea and coffee.
•     Avoid physical and mental stress, keeping awake for a longer time in the night.
•     Avoid constipating food recipes.
•     Avoid excessive carnal pleasure.
