Causes & Symptoms for Morphinum Aceticum Violent gastric symptoms associated with vomiting. Pain in umbilical region is relieved with Morphinum Aceticum. Head Flow of ideas rapid and pleasant, but without control of the will. Nose Tickling in nose, esophagus and larynx. Stomach and abdomen Vomiting of green matter, sour, bright green fluid, bitter, greenish water. Pains in stomach, umbilicus, and bladder. Nausea, faintness, constant retching, with alternate flushes of heat and cold. Acute pain in abdomen, and along spinal column, on every inspiration. Colic better turning on back in morning is relieved with Morphinum Aceticum.
