It also helps in eczema and psoriasis and the skin is very dry. Enlarged spleen with raised body temperature of a continued type is relieved with help of Ferrum Arsenicicum Voracious appetite, but no digestion, undigested diarrheic stools Disinclination to work. Mind and Head In patients with changeable mood, sensitivity to noise, sadness with impaired thinking and confusion. Scared, Insecure, anxious with aversion to talking, likes to be alone, marks Ferrum Arsenicicum. Headache with a tendancy to fall over due to vertigo. Painful headache more in the morning. Eyes, ear, nose Burning, smarting pains in the eyes, swollen lids, bluish circles around eyes. Itching of the ear, with ringing, roaring in the ear. Impaired hearing. Mouth and Throat Bleeding gums with dryness of tongue. Sensation of lump felt in the throat, rawness and soreness of the throat. Stomach and abdomen Enlarged liver and spleen is an indication for Ferrum Arsenicicum Constriction sensation felt in the stomach and abdominal area. Nausea and vomiting accompanied witn main complaints. Neck and Back Pain, sore and bruised with aggravation while lying on the back. Extremities Contraction of muscles and tendons, sciatica pains with restless lower limbs is an indication for Ferrum Arsenicicum. Stiffness of fingers, with swelling of the upper limbs is an indication of this remedy. Skin Paleness of skin, with dryness and eczema complaints.
